If you want to Avoid Urgent Care, Emergency Room or even your doctor’s office there is a great option  “Telemedicine”! Telemedicine  is an option available to you at zero out of pocket cost.  If you have common conditions such as cold & flu symptoms, headaches, allergies, etc. please contact a “telemedicine” provider.   In Northwest Ohio there are two telemedicine options available, ProMedica’s OnDemand and Mercyhealth Virtual Visit.  Members can access by downloading apps to his/her mobile device or by visiting the website. There is not a phone number for you to call, you must register through one of the links.

Unfortunately you will be required to pay the full cost at the time of the visit, however The Fund will reimburse 100% of the cost once you submit a manual claim.  Claim forms are available through this link.
